I Lost meh password.

Its me.. Douglas, and lost my password like an idiot.. i tried my "normal" passwords and didnt work. i tried "i forgot my password" and this message came out.
"The security 'Disallow admin to send new password' is active in Admin Panel > General Admin > Security"

Help me retrieve it, i cant post anythin x_x
